All items are quality checked and packed with great care however if items arrive damaged you must report any issues as soon as possible or within 14 days.

 

We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase but if you are unsatisfied and would like to arrange a return please report this as soon as possible or within 14 days of receiving goods.

Return your item in original packaging within 14 days of reporting the problem. You will need to pay for the return and use a fully trackable service. We recommend Royal Mail Tacked 48/24.

On receiving your return in a satisfactory condition a refund will be issued within 14 days. No refund will be granted if the item returns damaged or altered from its original state.
